Note: ordinary translations are e.g. private letters, household equipment instructions, and specialist translations are e.g. legal, medical, economic texts
INTERPRETATION (consecutive)

NOTE: Not applicable to notarial translations (see: Interpretations)
Interpretation is based on 4-hour blocks. Working conditions and remuneration for interpreting are also specifically defined, i.e. the interpreter’s working time is counted from the time she was required. All breaks for meeting or conference participants also apply to the interpreter and are included in her working time.
NOTE: The deadline for the translation completion is counted from the day following the date of the text submission. When setting the date for the translation completion, public holidays are not taken into account. For interpreting, additional costs of the interpreter, e.g. insurance, accommodation, meals, travel - are covered by the client.
